El habla analizada desde la perspectiva de Ribes y López: desarrollo horizontal

Abstract

The development of Linguistic behavior is analized according to the conceptual proposal by Ribes and López (1985), specially in regard to horizontal development at the referential level. In the first section a description is made of the central notions by Ribes and López' that are needed to understand linguistic development. Secondly, this model is applied to the analysis of linguistic behavior incorporating to this interbehavioral framework some of Vygotski's original ideas regarding higher psychological processes. Finally, a series of experimental studies are reported. The outcome of these studies allow for a characterization of generalization processes involved in linguistic development, specially in regard to referential behavior.
