The objective of this research was to evaluate the nature and the amount of commentaries made by two Futsal´s coaches during the practices and competitive games and the moment of the game which the commentaries were made by them. Two male Futsal´s coaches participated. The coaches had their commentaries recorded. The commentaries were classified according its nature as positive (motivators, reinforces and instructive) or negative (corrective and ironic-repressive). Also the moment of the game where the commentaries were made was analyzed. The data shows that there was a high rate of positive commentaries made by coaches. Most of the positive commentaries made were classified as instructive. Also, despite of having a low rate, the ironic-repressive and corrective commentaries were recorded in almost all practices and in all games analyzed. The data presented in this research are important because they can offer necessary information to implement interventions and help to develop new investigations.
